Set Wiimote.Instrument to a number between 1 and 128,
or set Wiimote.Instrument0 to one less than that, depending on what system you are used to.

If your MIDI device is General MIDI compatible, then the guitar instruments will be as follows: (otherwise you just have to experiment)

25. Acoustic Guitar (nylon)
26. Acoustic Guitar (steel)
27. Electric Guitar (jazz)
28. Electric Guitar (clean)
29. Electric Guitar (muted)
30. Overdriven Guitar
31. Distortion Guitar
32. Guitar harmonics
33. Acoustic Bass
34. Electric Bass (finger)
35. Electric Bass (pick)
36. Fretless Bass
37. Slap Bass 1
38. Slap Bass 2
39. Synth Bass 1
40. Synth Bass 2

So just add a couple of lines like this at the top of your script:

Midi.Volume = 100%
Midi.Instrument = 25 // acoustic guitar

I'm making the video now. It should be finished and uploaded to youtube tonight.
After I post the video, I'll post the version used in it, with chords and arpeggiating (not sure if that's the right word).

I'm not a guitar player, so maybe this is a dumb question, but why are there no C and F notes in the comments?
