Beta-02 released
I have just released an updated version to my website.
changes
Added the ability to turn the sticks left/right by tilting the remote(s)!
Improved bluetooth stack compatibility, should work on most bluetooth stacks now (please try if it didn't work before, and let me know if it still doesn't work)
bug fixes
DOWNLOAD LINK
I still have a few things to do before I call this "complete", so any suggestions are welcome!
// special thanks to user Armen for his updated cWiiMote code! I modified it a bit further to support more than 1 wiimote- thanks again! if users can confirm that this does work with more bluetooth stacks, I will clean up and release my version of cWiiMote. _________________ Go Go Gadget Wii!

Big thx walaber!
You are great! It's working now with my bluetooth stack. And it's just fantastic.
Here a few thinks, so that you can complete your release:
Option that you can change nunchuk and remote, because normally you hold the nunchuk in your left hand, and not in your right, so this would be nice, when you could choose between both
Maybe options for your graphic, at the beginning like anti aliasing and quality
That would be my suggestions.
But keep working, i'll wait for your next game where you can use your remote like a sword or staff. |

After lots of troubleshooting I've finally been able to get Wiisticks working. But only after installing the Bluesoleil drivers.
My normal Windows XP bluetooth drivers seem not to work. Wiisticks wil just give a black screen and hangs.
My configuration is: dell latitude d610 with build-in bluetooth, xp stack. Glovepie works with this configuration if you've got the bluetooth fix enabled.
Thank you Walaber for making this program and hopefully we'll see more of these things around in the future! |

Works great, Walaber! I'm glad it finally works, this is a fun little game to play around with, hehe. Quite difficult in the beginning, but it gets easier once you get used to the controls.
There were only two issues I noticed. I noticed that it seems to spawn the stick under the wiimotes sometimes. And when you turn the wiimote nearly vertical and go over it, it kind of flips upside down instantly.
Other than that, it seems to all work brilliantly. Great work! |

That happens when you're holding them too high when you restart. Try holding A, getting ready, and then releasing it to play. |

I was at the japanese bookstore yesterday, and a japanese game magazine called "Game Labo" had a feature on using the Wii Remote with the PC, and several programs we all know about were featured (WiinRemote, Wii-Saber, etc). To my surprise they featured WiiSticks! here's a few pics:
there was also an interesting Loco-Roco type game that I hadn't seen before... called "COLOCORO"
