One problem here, when I skip pairing with the wiimote, and it connects, and the tray icon turns green, but the connection will then break, icon goes white, and wiimote stops blinking.
What's wrong, I followed every Widcomm tutorial out there! Does Windows need a device installed to work with HID bluetooth devices? |

yeah that happens to me sometimes too.
(Dont press 1+2 buttons until i say )
just hit "view devices in range" in my bluetooth places
then when you see nintendo rvl-cnt-001, click on it.
then click bluetooth setup wizard.
when the box comes up, hit 1+2 on your wiimote to make it discoverable.
hit "skip pairing"
KEEP HOLDING DOWN 1 and 2!
then when the next page comes up, hit finish.
keep holding the buttons down until you see that it is staying connected.
it looks hard, but once you get the hang of it, it only takes about 10 seconds |

I have an almost identical problem. They tray icon wont stay green for more than a second or two. More interestingly, if rather than clicking 'skip pairing', I click 'back' the 'next' button ceases to function in exactly the same way as the 'skip pairing' button. Almost as if the software is broken. (v4.0.1.700)
Isn't there a way to do this on the command line?
Thanks |
