Hi there
What do you think? Is it possible to connect a Wiimote to
a PDA or mobile phone? Does anyone know a program for
PDA that makes it possible to connect any bluetooth device/the Wiimote?
Did anyone tried that?
thanx |

No, but you should be able to do that since all mobiles nowadays contains a bluetooth stack. It should be pretty easy implementing this using Java (J2ME) provided the mobile has support for JSR-82 extension, which also most of them have.
Why not try porting the existing wiimote java api (WiiRemoteJ)? |

Hi! Thanx! I'd been googling a bit to understand what you wrote. I've not programmed in Java so far.
I found the WiiRemoteJ doc by Cha0s. Seem pretty handy. As soon as I know how to use it I'll give it a try.
Any suggestions how to start and understand that asap. I've not found something like "10 steps to get in to programming the WiiMote via Java" |
