I thoought it was good enough to release early, so here it is THE NEW NON HORRIBLE

lol, nope just the roms.
the new one will be out on either the 13 or 14 (maybe 15)

lol, no offence but VB6 is far from hard. 
Anyway i developed it in VB.NET (newer version of visual basic), I can help you out with VB if you want. And some great rescources are:

www.freevbcode.com
I chose VB.NET overall because its easy to organize and use, its a great language for rapid application development
