That website is the cause all right.

That Windows XP went to the computer repair shop, and they didn't fix it.(They thought they fixed it though)

The main symtoms are the following:

1. It thinks you clicked on something, or double-clicked, and then brings up many, many, many windows for it.(Or performs that action many, many times)

2. The power managment settings keep getting screwed. Unless set back again, the only way to shutdown,(without changing the settings)
is to unplug the power cord.(It keeps going into sleep and hibernation mode until the settings are fixed)

Sometimes it works okay, other times not.

They seemed to have cleaned out the Master Boot Record, but still problems...

I'm thinking there's a problem with the BIOS. And, once I saw that it's saying there's a Keyboard Error when the computer is turned on.(But the keyboard works fine when Windows is started. And XP doesn't report any problems.)
Also, on startup, it beeps twice. Even worse,(It seemed to have started this second thing after it went to the shop...)
it beeps twice again after Windows XP is loaded.

Don't go to that website! It's very dangerous! If you still want to, disable Javascript in you web browser.
