Yeah, this is a silly question from a total noob.
What is a bluetooth device?
I have a Wireless Adapter for the network on my PC, windows XP, and a Nintendo WIfi USB adapter. Under devices, my wireless device is called a "Wireless-G PCI Adapter with SRX400", whatever that means.
I downloaded GlovePIE, and have my Wii remote sitting on the desk. Glovepie's documentation says that all I need to run this is Glovepie and my Wii remote, but I'm guessing it's forgetting to mention this newfangled bluetooth connection thingy because obveously it's not working. (Which, given that I haven't set up any hardware at all to recieve the wii remote, is no surprise).
I've tried searching the board, but I must be either blind or the only one who's ever asked this question.
I still have a budget of about 20$ or so for devices.
I also have two Gamecube adapters, so I'm not new to using game controllers with odd drivers and such at least. I just don't have a clue how this particular wii stuff works.
So...in a nutshell, how can I get this all working so I can play Frets on Fire with my shiney new Guitar Hero wireless controller? Preferably with a minimum amount of cash(otherwise I might as well save up for a second copy of the PC version of guitar hero. ) |
