Wait, this doesn't make sense. Shouldn't an open source project have the source code revealed at all times? There shouldn't be a closed beta test, the general public should have full access to all the builds.

In case you guys do decide to be funny, I'd like to be a beta tester, also.

Guys, there's no Wii Linux yet. Nobody has gotten arbitrary code running on the wii yet. Besides that, open source doesn't have closed betas.

So stop falling all over each other to get into the beta test for a yet-to-be-started open source project. Laughing

Speaking of that, does anyone know how far along that is? I hear news all the time about uses for the Wiimote, but I don't hear much about what's happening on the Linux front.

I am sure I am too late but I would also like to beta test.

Linux is my default operating system that I use and I am very familiar with it.

I also do have the wii.
