True, but I am taking the box shot and release date as pretty good evidence that the product actually exists. If you compare the box to other products, you can see the design and coloring don't match with gamecube items, but rather Wii products that Daetel has already released so far.

Do you think this one is gonna be crippled like the newer European AR? If so, then people won't be able to create an SDLoad code on it and will be forced to buy a separate disc for homebrew if one is ever actually released. I know it says it will be updateable, but that could just mean that you will have to download a signed/encrypted file instead of being able to manually enter your own codes.
