this is really pissing me off i got Karl's oot script and installed ppjoy
everything was working fine except the joystick yes the c and z butons are working just fine i saw the Ppjoy thread which shows you the settings with pictures followed instructions same problem can somebody please help me [/img]

Okay, now I'm guessing if you're using Carl's OOT script then you're probably only using PPJoy to use the Nunchuk analog stick as the N64 analog stick. Do me a favor and open up Project 64 (I assume this is the emulator you're using) and go into the control config. Here's how mine looks:



Now, yours does NOT have to be exactly like mine. I really regret setting mine up like this, but I've made too many different N64 control scripts to change now! However, you must have a PPJoy Virtual Joystick as the device at the top there. And your analog stick controls should be exactly like mine also.

If you don't see Joy Left, Joy Up, etc. then try changing them. Click the button to right of each direction and then move the analog stick in the corresponding direction to map it. If it doesn't map anything, then this means PPJoy is not setup correctly and it's not seeing the virtual joystick. If it maps something really strange (it happened to me once, but I can't remember what it said exactly) then it's probably seeing the virtual joystick, but it thinks there's another virtual button or trigger being pressed at the time. I ended up having to run Carl's basic PPJoy script before I could map the analog correctly.

I've allready talked about the exact same problem, its the same will all games but I've not re-setep PPjoy since I got my nunchuck what do I need to do.

Update I've tried the method and followed all the steps now the Joystick option under CP-Settings now sees me moving the anoglog stick while running the script given. but im having trouble with the Project64 emulator, I can get it to change the direction fine while changing the settings but playing games with that just does'nt work.

Works now though i only changed direction keys the rest is on default whats the easiest way to get all the other buttons to work on everygame without changing the settup every time?

Mario 64 works amazingly well but thiers so many games to change stuff for.

ok yes i might be a noob at glovepie but i don't care kunal goes to my school and helps me

last time i checked piss isn't swearing my teachers say it in class all the time




only the up and down movements work left and right doesn't work i've tried seeral ppjoy scripts
