Hi, i'm new here so i wasn't really sure where to post this. Anyway, i'm trying to use a wiimote/nunchuck to play ocarina of time on project64. I have PPJoy and i've added a virtual joystick, but i don't know how to access it in project64. No tutorials i've found have been any help. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
oh, i forgot to add that i'm using vista, thats probably important. |

| I have the same problem...only mine shows up, and jsut wont configure. Did you use Nrage input? You need to have ppjoy selected in devices too. The deadzone needs to be 0 too. I got mine working once using Pj64, and those settings. I think vista screws us out of ppjoy friend :p |

You need GlovePie to direct the functions of the wiimote to the virtual buttons of ppjoy so that a program can detect them.
There are many scripts that come with Glovepie to work for many 64 games.
But more specifically, to work with ppjoy you need a good script.
Use this one (Works up to 4 wiimotes)

Remember to check the images to configure ppjoy correctly. |

| I have PPjoy 0.78, and it doesnt look like the pictures you included. Especially in the case of editing the current button maps. Instead of the full word Digital or Analog being spelled out I get the A 01 or D 01. I ran the included script using glove pie, and well it didnt work. Im assuming my pjoy is fubar. I have uninstalled and re-installed ppjoy many times with unsatisfying results. Glovepie works fine with everthing else wiimote btw..best wireless NES pad ever. :p |

Alright it turns out after getting the new PPJOY it did work as long as you configured the joystick, and restart the computer. Thanks for your help. |
