I purchased one from Jaycar (Australia) which works with the provided driver (Toshiba stack). Jaycar part number XC4892, the dongle itself is tiny.

Using microsoft USBview.exe
VID = 0x0A12 (Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd.)
PID = 0x0001
