You shouldn't be hitting "initiate pairing" at all, and you shouldn't be trying to use the sync button in the battery compartment of the Wiimote for any reason except to sync it back up with the Wii itself.

All I ever have to do is run through the Bluetooth Wizard like you are, except hit "skip pairing" when it comes up. After that I select the service, then check to make sure the LEDs are still blinking on the Wiimote, then I hit finish.

On step 2, choose THE FIRST CHOICE (not trying to be mean, just pointing that out) and then it will ask you which service, scroll down to HID (Human Interface Device) and then continue holding 1+2, should then work, I have the EXACT same setup.

Ok...done that. After that, what do I do? Can I just run GlovePIE after that, or do I need to get it setup in BlueSoleil? It's just, I tried to get it running in BlueSoleil and it just kept beeping, and GlovePIE wouldn't detect my Wiimote button presses either.

Why are you trying to connect to Bluesoleil after you are connected so some stack? Just try it in GlovePIE and it should work if you're wiimote is truly connected to your PC. If it's not working right away, the try using the Bluetooth fix in GlovePIE.

So close yet so far T__T

I finally got it connect and the icon says its all there and connected...but nothing works! I run GlovePIE, yet nothing happens. The Blue LED lights keep flashing and then it just shuts off after a while, with no response whatsoever, until I disconnect the device.

Any suggestions? :/

PS: I really do appreciate the help I've been given thus far, I really do!
