| Umm excuse me if i'm wrong, but i don't think that they can shut it down if nothing illegal is going on. Therefore, no reason to and it is none of their buisness. |

Then again there will most likely be firmware downgrades just like the PSP. So even if there are, someone would crack them. |

Even if a legal case is groundless, does Tuxido or the community have the resources to defend Wiili against Nintendo's army of lawyers?
No, so let's keep Nintendo as far away from this project as possible. |

| Although I hate to say it, because it would be really cool if Nintendo backed this project, Sumo is probably right. |

Since when can a company sue somebody who hasn't DONE ANYTHING yet.
WiiLi isn't even released, it's still semi-concept at the moment. Even making a version of WiiLi live wouldn't be breaking ANY laws.
And I don't see why Nintendo wouldn't want linux on their wii.
I just wish they would develop a Linux distro similar in size to feather linux, and have it for download in the wii shop (for like $5/500pts). _________________ "If you were accused of being a chiristian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?" |
