I am searching for a Wii style on screen plugin for IE or Firefox or just for Windows in general.

I am aware of the Windows Accessibility keyboard, really looking for something similar to the Wii or the Safari browser on the IPhone. That is click a text box, spurns the keyboard, keys balloon on hover etc.

Any ideas?
