Hello,

Sorry if this post is at the wrong place.

I have a bluetooth connection between PC (Win) and the Wiimote, at least Win says so. In the Bluetooth Neighborhood the Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 shows up, I can create a connection and the bluetooth tray icon gets cyan.

But when I start GlovePie (and start the test program), wiimote-gui.exe or Wiinremote I get no response.
Just nothing is happening.

What's strange is, in wiimote-gui I can choose of 3 HID devices when the Wiimote is connected but I can also choose of 3 when the Wiimote is not connected.

Is there something wrong with the bluetooth stack, or the HID search functionality, or what???

Please help!!!

Thank you very much!

Do you use more than one wiimote with the computer? Try an LED script in GlovePIE and see what happens.

Example:
Code:
wiimote1.leds = 1;
wiimote2.leds = 2;

EDIT: As I thought, it may not see it as Wiimote 1; Check the thread on this board "READ THIS: For everyone who can connect via bluetooth, but..".

Thanks Gleasonator for the tip!!!

This morning I installed BlueSoleil and tryied it again and it worked.
So something defintive was wrong with my BlueTooth stack.

Now everything works, so thread can be closed.

Thanks!!!

BlueSoleil is very buggy.
I had installed BlueSoleil 2.3 std edition for the 1st time and it's working properly.
Later on, I uninstalled it and tested with the MS stack.
After that, I reinstalled BlueSoleil again. The wiimote connected but GlovePIE can't recognize it.
Therefore, I need to uninstall and reinstall BlueSoleil again in order to make it work.
