Hi,

i own a Z800 HMD and use it to play games like Half Life 2, Quake 4, ...

In those games i am able to look around just by moving the head because the drivers of the HMD simulates the mousemovement.

Now i found out about the WiiLi Project and may be that's what i was looking for next. I want to control the other functions of the game using the wii-controller. Do you think this is possible.

So i want to strafe and move forward backward with the controller, but this function must not be set as mousemovement but should be on joystick i think to leave the look-around function to the HMD.

I think asigning a keyboard command to the X-Y movement of the wii is not an option because then i cannot move so precisely.

Or is there a way to use 2 mice, in Half Life 2 for instance.

One to look around (HMD)
The other to strafe, move forward backward.
