Great, but very buggy.
You can't just use relative paths and expect them to work. They won't.
Because whenever you open a file (like you do in the channel customisation) it changes the current directory.
You need to use ExtractFilePath(ParamStr(0)) to get your program's directory, and then add that to the start of all your filenames.

Also for some reason I can't get any of the channels to open.

dont use transparency and windowed mode, it'll hide the menu-bar of the application you want to launch

Bugs...

Scrolling left and right messes up the display until it's scrolled.
It doesn't scroll the right amount so you have to click 1 extra time to move page a little way.
The arrows are both visible when you are at either end.
When you captured a window (My Browser) i lost it when i exited the front end it didn't return it back.
Launching the WiiLi button brough up an access violation in german although the app still ran.

Unexpected behaviour...
Clicking a channel launches, no menu screen.
The arrows are not animated.
