I remember reading that the new version of the Opera internet browser is fully updateable. If we could somehow find out the extensions and types of files that would be updateable, we could host files on our own servers and maybe download them.

I'm new to this whole hacking scene, so PLEASE , no insults or anything of the sort.

exactly how do you mean?
i havent seen anything about plugins being upgradable in latest Opera for the Wii, so i cnat really comment on this if you dont give us some kind of source/link

but any ideas at all are welcome, i just want linux running XD

I think it means it is updatable for them. Not necessarily us. Why would they leave it open?
