I made a new version of GlovePIE which is designed to work with other BlueTooth adapters or drivers.
Obviously that won't help if you are still unable to pair your Wiimote to the PC without a password.
But if you can pair your Wiimote to the PC, and you can read the buttons in GlovePIE but nothing else, then this update may fix it.
You must tick the "TroubleShooter > BlueTooth Fix" menu if you have a bluetooth stack that isn't working. If you have a BlueSoleil driver then you must make sure there is no tick next to that menu item.
Some people's new samples are also included. Note that many of these samples still use RawForceX and require you to type calibration values manually into the script. This has been obsolete since version 0.25, and new scripts should use gx, gy, and gz, which are normalized to between 0 (no force) and 1 (force of gravity). Or RawAccX, which are normalized to between 0 and 9.8 m/s/s. Or RelAccX which have the rotation removed. Or Pitch and Roll which measure only rotation.
If you don't want your scripts included with GlovePIE, please state that when you post them. On the other hand, if you have scripts you do want included, please post them somewhere in this forum.

Sorry, no light saber scripts were included because they required half a megabyte of sound files. Which makes "download limit exceeded" happen 50% faster.
I thought about putting a script in that just said "download it from...", but decided against it.
I guess I can upload it to rapidshare again. |

@Carl:
I think Mienaikage was asking you to add comments to the code, not include the actual file? Just so people know where to find it. |
