Hi, I may look stupid asking this question, but I wonder, if I build an application that uses Wiimote movements and open it to a large public (like a device for a museum), is it legal ?
The wiimote uses a standard technology (Bluethoot) with a standard protocol (JSR82) to send accelerometer data and all. So as I think, It's ok to program an application as long as I don't sell it (and I don't plan to do it).
I've been on the website to check the user agreement, but I only found agreements according to Wii network... I just want the opinion of others ! |

| I don't think you'll run into any issues. Just don't use any Nintendo or Wii logos without premission, as that is the only Trademark issues you might run into. |
