Also waiting for the wii to be released december 8th?

But about downloading still piracy: A few months ago i heard that it was only illegal if you share them, but not download them. But might be like what you said now. Darn law always change. Going to inform it tomorrow at a law agency or whatever its called.

But i like the idea of a vibrating alert for aim/msn/yahoo/irc client.

Yeah, maybe in other countries, but that's not the case in France (so sorry for the other message). But I meant, even if it's legal for the law, it's still illegal in your mind (ok that's just nonsenses sentences, I download too, and I f*ck the laws). Sorry for offtopic.
In any ways, you won't be able to use it as WiiConnect24 ; Linux is ran like a game, only when console is powered off. So that doesn't really has interest.

PS : not for December 8th, for christmas. Maybe I'll get it on 8th but currently my TV is broken, and i should get the new one on Christmas, so... that sucks.

Well...isn't it that if you'd find out how Wii goes to "sleep", you could do the same from game that is ran in it... It would gather everything perhaps from the sd-card to restore a session... Dunno but the idea sounds cool anyway ^^

BT-client sounds bit useless...but to continue the bit offtopic it really is still useful when it comes to open source, in my opinion of course :)

BitTorrent is incredibly faster than downloading from FTP, and also a lot cheaper for the person who is hosting the file.

and connecting a hard-disk via usb is a simple task, (search ide to usb)
iptv and linux distros benifit hugely from bit torrent, and should be, (and no doubt will be) ported to WiiLi .
