OK, first, I had to move your post, for it was not in the right section.
Second, I encourage you to read a little bit of the wiki, specially the GlovePIE entry. It may not be quite as you expected, but will give you a point to start.
Feel free to ask any questions, but also try to find what you're looking for it the forum/wiki (they both have search engines). Sometimes the thing you need to ask has already been answered (several times).

Screw u
Ok after i download blue soils or whatever what do i do next to get my wii remote to use glove pie and can i just download the software or do i have to buy adapters? |

What you really need to do is learn to spell and learn to search.
Also learn to read because luis_villase already linked this information in the second post of this thread. Calm down and take a breath. |
