Using this hack works as follows:
1) Click 1 and 2 on a wiimote
2) Double click the script made below

Bingo! Connected
(No more device discovery, refresh services, etc...)

Creating the script
1) Using BlueSoleil, connect your wiimote to your pc
2) Right click the wiimote icon and click "properties"
3) Copy the device address
4) Open a new file named pad1.cmd and copy the following into it:
"C:\Program Files\IVT Corporation\BlueSoleil\gprs.exe" "00:00:00:00:00:00" 4388
5) Paste your wiimote's device address over 00:00:00:00:00:00 and save the file

That's it!

Unfortunately, you need a unique file per remote.
The good news is that BlueSoleil doesn't even need to be running for this hack to work.

You can disconnect the wiimotes in BlueSoleil's interface.

PostPosted: Thu Jul 12, 2007 11:48 am    Post subject: Help! Won't stop blinking!

This trick is a godsend!

However, when I use it in a batch file or even on its own, the remote's four LEDs won't stop blinking as if in "discovery mode" even if a GlovePIE script is started. It happens whether the script has LED scripting or not. The only way I've found to stop the blinking is to run a GlovePIE script, then stop the script, then re-run the script again.

Is there a way to fix this using DOS switches/commands, or a way to automate a workaround?

Any help is much, much appreciated!
