Seriously, no offense meant, but could you please READ THE WIKI AND/OR THE FORUM THREADS before asking this kind of question?
Thanks! I don't mean to be rude, but this particular question (among other very similar ones) has been asked about 10 times by new people in here. Please read first, then you can ask if you don't get something.

If you have "My Bluetooth Places" on your desktop and your start menu then you have the Widcomm stack, and you need to go to My Bluetooth Places and choose "Add a Bluetooth Device" from the panel on the left. You need to hold down the 1+2 buttons on the wiimote while it searches and connects. When it asks for a PIN choose "Skip". It will have green arrows underneath a mouse+keyboard icon when it is connected. The skip button doesn't work if you try to connect without using the "Add" option in the panel on the left.
On the other hand, if you have BlueSoleil, then you can either let GlovePIE connect automatically by pressing 1+2 on the Wiimote while GlovePIE is running, or you can connect manually. To connect manually, start BlueSoleil, then choose to refresh or search for bluetooth devices, while you hold down 1+2. Then click on the Wiimote icon that appears, and choose to search for services while you hold down 1+2. Then when a box appears around the Mouse icon at the top, hold down 1+2 while you click on the mouse icon. The autoconnect makes bluesoleil beep sometimes, so you can switch it off in the Troubleshooter menu if you prefer.
On the other (third) hand, if you have a Bluetooth icon in Control Panel, then you have the Microsoft Bluetooth stack, which I don't know how to use. But I'm guessing it involves holding down 1+2 while you search for bluetooth devices and services and trying to connect to a HID service without using a PIN.
If you have a different Bluetooth stack, please tell me. |
