Seeing as no one else will help, I will: Yes, you need a BlueTooth adaptor. Although I think you can connect your sensor bar to your PC, but it involves ripping it apart and replacing the Wii wire with a USB one.

dude, is this a dumb question?
the sensor bar does nothing, its just emitting IR light, the wiimote communicates through bluetooth, dumbasses, and no, NOT caps for cruise cool etc, it just irritates everyone, me aswell.
