The instruction to download Wiili Link doesn't make sense to me. I would like to be a beta tester can someone give a download link or help me? Thanks

WiiLi Link is not ready yet dude!
There are some guys working on it. But remember something: this isn't a job, and most of us have jobs/school that takes most of our time, so sadly enough we're all having to wait a little longer.
