The wii would have to be running some sort of server with a given protocol on some open port. If all those conditions are met, maybe then we could try to connect to it and fuck around in there.
The likely scenario is that nothing or very little has been left open, and what is open is authenticated somehow. It seems nintendo has been very careful (paranoid) about this kind of thing.
However, I havn't portscanned my wii. I'd scan it now but I'm homeless this semester (I live in my car) so that's not exactly possible.
Edit: I am no longer homeless. *phew*

| Yeah it ain't so bad. I crash on couches most of the time, or park outside city limits. I'm buying a tent soon, turning the whole thing into a big camping adventure until I get a decent job. Incidentally today I got this big fat lantern that's kinda zelda-like, except it runs on batteries. I'm actually having fun but I would recommend avoiding doing this if at all possible. |
