I plan on getting GH3 for Wii, but I also would like to be able to use the controller on my PC. I assume that this will be possible, but that it would probably require a new version of GlovePie, Right? All that needs to be mapped are the five fret keys and the strum bar.
I searched, but didnt find if there was any interest in getting the controller to work on PC. |

Hmm.. Are there any Guitar-Hero-like games on the PC? If not, what for?

Frets on Fire comes to mind. There are several others, but besides FOF they all suck. Just keep in mind though that usually, once the controller is supported generally the applications follow.

Ya I know its coming out for pc, and right now I could even use the 360 guitar (which is USB and coming with the new PC version anyway) Either way, Im hoping I can get it for the Wii and then map the controller so it will work with frets on fire. Looks like it wont be as easy as I thought though it would be, but I guess I just have to wait until the controller is out there for people to experiment with.

I know that you could use the DDR mats on the computer with a program like step mania (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StepMania) and an adapter so I don't see why something close could be done with Guitar Hero.
