Hey just bought a Wii. The thing is I am an American Living in China. I bought a Japanese Wii (that’s all you can get over here). However all the games that I buy are Japanese games. This is sort of a problem since I can’t read Japanese. My main goal is to be able to play English games.
The games I buy at my local game store are about 50 cents to $1 American so it’s no big deal.
The store owner told me that for 200 Yuan I can get a device that will allow me to make my own games. I didn’t fully understand if he was trying to sell me a mod chip or something else.
I have a feeling that the games I have are all copied games. But they play on this Wii machine right out of the box. Everything I have been reading online says you have to have a mod chip to play burned games. I will go back in a few days and find out more about this device that he is talking about.
Again it’s not much information to go on and I greatly appreciate all the help you guys can offer me. |
