GLOVEPIE SCRIPT REQUESTS

Hi all,
I thought it might be a good idea if I created a topic for people to post an idea for a GlovePIE script they want, and then other users can perhaps write the script and post it.
I'm not personaly a fantastic coder, but I can make the odd functions happen.
Now that might not sound like an incouraging start, but as this topic gets more views, I'm hoping more coders will be willing to help those who cant code that well.

any engineers out there? like i was thinkin how cool that would be if we could make a wiimote work with 3d cad softwares like catia or solidworks to rotate the 3d part just as you are with the wiimote... i dont know how hard this would be to do but if yall could make it work that would be awesome!
i have to say i already tried to make this script with my limited knowledge of programing and somewhat made it work... like basically i added on to a preexisting mouse script. making it work with catia better by mapping certain buttons to rotate only around certain axis. like you would press a button for x-axis and move the cursor up or down and the part would rotate around it. not exactly what im wanting it to do... somthing more like the script for google earth would me cooler!

well there is one script I would love, but I would want it to require then Balance Board.


It would be a script for the Balance Board to work with StepMania.

Like because im good at those games, and I'm very familiar with the balance board.

I hope someone can do this for me. I will be very grateful.

i don't have a problem helping people out with scripts myself or writing some up for people but what i do encourage is that you learn from it and not just expect a handout every time you ask for a script. i am a firm believer in if you want something learn how to do it and don't expect someone to jsut do it for you

I like this idea! I'm not a coding master, but I'm good with specialized emulator scripts (scripts that make playing a game better, but only work with that specific game). So if you want one of these scripts, just post in this topic and I'll help!
