|
|
Hi,
I have a windows vista computer, I installed bleusoleil v.2.6.0.8 i connected my wiimote with bluetooth (the lights keep flashing so it is connected).
but the problem is that GlovePie (v.0.30) is ignoring the wiimote. note that if i assign a keyboard key to another keyboard key it does work so both programs work but it just ignores my wii mote.
I tried:
| Code: | | debug = wiimote1.Exists + " || "+wiimote2.Exists + " || "+wiimote1.Exists + " || "+wiimote4.Exists |
and the answer it gave me was
| Code: | | False || False || False || False |
also I only connected one Wiimote
does someone know a solution or can someone help me out with this? |

i am currently using a targus adapter with the broadcom software.
you can try doing what i had to to get it working with vista right which is go to broadcomm and download the newest version there, the software uses the widdcomm stack and doesn't give an option for pairing but you just need to select no passkey when it pops up and you have to run glovepie with bluetooth fix enabled and manually calibrate the wiimote in glovepie in order for it to work. only downfall is some of the other programs out there like hl2 wii mod doesn;t seem to like it much but glovepie works with it. |

i found my problem i guess thanks for the help.
Solution: get a new dongle since my dongle isn't compatible to services from bluesoleil except for 2.3.2.3 (which is windows XP) and 2.6.0.8(which isn't compatible with GlovePie). If any one thinks i am wrong let me know why and please give me a solution |
