is it giving a different key depending on the tilt angle or is it just simply pressing more and mroe of the key moving the tilt on the emulator in relative mode? and how big is the delay for usign the joyistic versus the delay for your current technique? _________________ please put the scripts on the wiki so they dont get lost as new stuff is posted!

that was what I understood, and it is just as motion controled as a game controled by you moving a wiimote against keys, the only difference would be it is wireless and without any moving parts beside yourself holding the wiimote (is it just me or my analogy/complain was a bit confusing?) _________________ please put the scripts on the wiki so they dont get lost as new stuff is posted!

lol..
no its not like pushing your wiimote against buttons, although in some way it is.
imagine you hold a gba and play a game based on motionsensing,
like the game i demonstrated. You would control the game by flipping the gba left or right (or in some games also forewards and backwards)
now close your eyes, open them again..and voila..your gba just turned into a wiimote, and the picture moved to your monitor!..wow..its a miracle!
as for the buttons being digital, or analog..you have to patch the motion games to make them work on the pc. the patch is calibrated to be used with buttons, but it allows you to set joystick as well.
the longer you hold the button for a cirtain direction, the quicker will the movement be ingame. if you emulate this with joystick mode, it will start at value 1/* instead of 1, making the top acceleration to slow for the game to respond properly.
And again, like i said before, this was not a demonstration of scripting, but a demonstration of wiimote compatible gameplay |

I think it's a great idea, most probably the next Nintendo DS will have motion sensors similar to the ones on the Wiimote. . People from Nintendo do visit Wiili.org often as per our server logs, hope they catch this idea! |
