It isn't a "Boot CD" it's a Setup Disc for the Sensorbar, Wiimote, etc. So it won't help you. It's just like a game.
You won't be able to make a selfbooting DVD. That wasn't possible with the Gamecube and it won't be possible with Wii.
There could be some Softmodes after some time, or a drive chip like the Xeno, so. With this the disc would work. We'll see.
