Hi, I succesfully got my bluetooth adapter to work with the bluesoleil drivers by following the instructions in the "Bluesoleil solution for not supported adapters" post in this forum. Even though it connects in bluesoleil I still have the same problem that glovePie doesn't recognize it. If anyone tries this fix and is successfull please post something, thank you.

Can some one just drop a basic install manual for thos using the DBT-122 dongle?

In what order are you supposed to install stuff? I installed the dongle software off the CD then I installed bluesoleil and after that I installed glovepie.

First problem:
Can't skip PIN code. Tried with different drivers after this. Installed some DBT-120 driver and it didn't recognize anything, just gave me the same errors it gave the other posters. Then I only installed the driver from the CD, not the software. OK, now what?

Installed the Bluesoleil software...

Second problem:
Bluesoleil can't recognize the dongle. Why? Did I do something wrong?

What driver am I supposed to install the dongle with? And from where do I get this driver (links..?). What version of Bluesoleil? What verison of GlovePie? HEeeeeeEEeEEEeeLP!!

Please help. I don't want to give up yet. I want to be able to make full use of my Wiimote. Please help a brother in need.

By the sounds of it, it may have something to do with the Hardware Version of the product. I bought a DBT-122 adapter yesterday, after trying to hook it up i'm left with the same issues:

>Installed the drivers off the CD
>The Wiimote will be recognised by the Bluetooth Setup Wizard.
>I can skip pairing and select the service for the wiimote successfully

However once "connected" the Wiimote's four LEDs continue to flash and it will not be detected by either WiinRemote or GlovePIE.

The hardware version of the device is C1

(See greven's post for more info on the hardware version.)

Judging by previous posts and B devices seem to work okay, it looks like it could be something to do with the later versions of the adapter. Which sucks balls as I now have a useless (expensive) Bluetooth Adapter. Crying or Very sad

Anyone with a C hardware version manage to get it to work?
