Hello all.
I just got a new Dell with a built in memory card reader which also has Bluetooth.
I connected my wiimote to the Bluetooth software on my computer that came with the system. It says Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 Connected. And the lights on the wiimote keep blinking.
So I open glovepie, and I type the following:
Mouse.RightClick = Wiimote.B
I run it, and I try to use the B button on the wiimote, but a right click does not happen.. nothing happens.
I've tried to run other scripts that came with glovepie, but none of them work.
Do you have to connect to glovepie somehow after you are already connected to the bluetooth on the computer? I've tried clicking Bluetooth Fix, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Any suggestions? Thanks! |

Wow, I'm dealing with the exact same thing (new dell, built in bluetooth, PC says connected but wiimote inputs don't work)
I did find that glovepie can send signals TO the wiimote (test wiimote script). I can make it vibrate.
Is this a Vista compatibility issue? |

Update:
found this thread:
http://www.wiili.org/forum/can-only-set-led--vibrate-functions-%28no-buttons-movement%29-t3260-s21.html
I did these steps:
- removed the entries for my Wiimotes (player 1 and 2) that haven't been working
- removed the batteries for each Wiimote for about 20 seconds
- reconnected my wiimotes to my bluetooth device
- ran my glovepie script
This seems to work for me SOME of the time. If I reboot my PC, sometimes I have to go through this a few times. |
