Is anyone else having problems getting the wiimote to reconnect to Windows BT stack automatically (or any others)?
Unlike a mouse Windows doesn't seem to reconnect when the wiimote starts up again or buttons are pressed, bit of a deal breaker to use as a remote, anyone have a fix? |

Have you tried the "Sync" button instead of 1+2?
On a real Wii, 1+2 only pairs it temporarily until power down. But Sync pairs it permanently.
I'm not saying this will work, just throwing ideas out there. |

Iguess I've read that the windows BT stack isn't working with GlovePIE. I use BlueSoleil driver, it's very easy to use and fast... _________________ French wiimote-on-PC user, so excuse my poor language |

When you switch off the wiimote using the power button (top left) and then press any button it switches back on and reconnects to Windows?
It won't work for me on Vista with the Bluetooth stack, still got to try Windows XP with BlueSoleil. Were there any special settings used to get it to reconnect? |

Hmm. Pressing the power button in the top left turns my Wii on since it's all in the same room. I just reconnect my Wiimote to Bluetooth on my computer (My Bluetooth Places) when I want to use it. Takes about 30 seconds or less.
Then I can power on my Wii by pressing the console so I have the sensor bar active. _________________ -deceased-

I'm using Blue Soleil and yeah, I have to manually reconnect my Wiimote everytime. Whenever I try to pair the wiimote, it'll ask for the PIN, since there's no PIN, it won't authenticate the device and won't allow me to use it as a paired device with auto-syncing/connecting.
Has anyone else been able to pair or bond their Wiimote to their PC?
Or is there a program that finds the PIN on the Wiimote? |
