The Wiki states my account has been blocked for vandalism. however, my only participation ever was the changing of an article, which was used as a base to revert to by the same admin who blocked me after the article was vandalized by someone else.

Same thing happened to me once. I think it's an automated script. they'll fix it for you when an admin sees this.
