Hi everyone,
Today i wanted to try getting my wii controller to work on this laptop which runs vista. Fortunately it already came with bluetooth (Dell truemobile 355 bluetooth) and after following the helpful instructions i managed to connect my wii controller to it. When i open up the wiimoteconnect it says everythings connected as the buttons keep flashing, so theres no problems there.
The problem is when i open up GlovePie to assign keys for the controller. Controls for the LEDS such as "wiiremote1.Led1 = true" work absolutely fine, but as soon as i try something like "keyboard.A = wiiremote1.A", nothing happens and its left me really confused.
Im not sure if this has anything to do with it but i followed a tutorial on glovepie and it told me to go "GUI> DETECT OUTPUT TO EMULATE> DETECT INPUT". However everytime i do this the program just crashes! I've also tried the program named wiinremote to try and assign controls, however it has the same problem (it detects my controller but thats about it).
If you can please help me out ill be very grateful!
