Im using a kenigston ucb bluetooth and i use its dongel software to connect my first remote and it works and has two green arrows showing its connected .. then when i use the second and add it .. it shows up but no green arrows saying its connected. .. help please. thanks.

Hi, I had the same problem. I had to uninstall WIDCOMM, then install WIDCOMM 4.0.1.2400.

This allows me to connect both remotes at the same time, and both show up green.

Just to sum up... now I have Windows XP, Kensington 33348, WIDCOMM 4.0.1.2400
