I don't have the money nor the knowledge required to do this, but I believe it sohuld be possible to use a wiimote, a bluetooth enabled laptop and computer controled motors to build a self-balancing robot (or even a human riden vehicle) by using the inputs from the accelerometer(s?) on the wiimote as basis for the deicsion of the computer on how to move the wheels
also, instead of computer controled motors, one might perhaps use instead rc toy car parts and have a computer interfaced with an radio transmiter to say to the tyo car pieces what to do (in this variation the computer could be a regular desktop instead of a laptop, but the wiimote (or its guts) would still ride on the wheeled thing |

| I was looking at the Lego Mindstorms website the other day and thought the Wiimote could be incorporated into a design quite easily. I don't have the money for it, but I'd love to see someone work something out for it. |

This idea is really intresting ill keep an open mind to all things that we could do with the wiimote like hook it up to a remote control plane or sumin that would be kool |
